Our quality and service is at its peak, and if you by any chance should be discontented with your clothes we will change or refund the full amount. Chamois Collection is not the cheapest on Ko Chang, but when you buy from our shop you can be sure that the material, etc is what our sales people promise you.

To Kacha Resort and Spa management
First I would like to thank you for a wonderful 12 days holiday at your resort (11-23 February 2008). Both my family and myself really enjoyed our stay - and we plan to come back to Kacha and Ko Chang.
But we had one (only) very bad experience - we visited the tailor-shop just outside Kacha (turning right - 25-30 meters, on the right hand side of the road). I have attached a businesscard for the shop.
I have understood that the tailor is renting the shop from Kacha, and I would therefore like to bring following to you attention.
My oldest daughter wanted to get a nice tailormade dress for her konfirmation (a religious event), which took place March 30, 2008 (2 days ago). But the tailor never managed to make the dress during our stay even though had more than 8 days (and we had 3 fittings) to do so and after that he promised to send the dress - and a free bonus dress as a "sorry for the trouble gift" - after our departure.
Unfortunately we have paid for the dress !.
I have contacted the tailor via phone, and tried to reach him by e-mail without any response.
Last week I asked Mr. Brian Boysen, Evolution Tour to contact the tailor. And I was informed that the tailor promised that the dresses would be send the day after, and that he would e-mail me.
Looking back on this experience I will advice any one NOT TO use this tailor, and I hope that Kacha will take some steps to ensure that this tailorshop is not damaging the Kacha Resort image.
I have send a copy to both Evolution Tour and my travel agent in the hope that they will advice their costumers not to use this tailor.

Vi henvender os til dig for at høre, om du kan give os et godt råd eller hjælpe os.
Vi ved simpelthen ikke hvad vi ellers skal stille op.
Min familie og jeg var på Koh Chang og boede ved White Sand Beach i slutningen af juli 2007. Vi fik alle fire
selvfølgeligsyet tøj ved en skrædder. Det var hos New Euro Fashion, og vi havde en god oplevelse hos
Mr. Mikel og hans dejlige kone. Hun havde tilberedt et måltid til os en af gangene, hvor vi var henne og prøve tøjet.
Det var en god oplevelse og tøjet var i orden.
Vi skrev i hans bog med anbefalinger.

Mr. Mikels kompagnon, Mr. Week, havde lige åbnet forretning i en anden by og vi bestilte et
jakkesæt hos ham. Du ved Lucky lucky……………..
Mr. Week har så nu her i maj måned været rundt i Europa og min mand og hans bror bestilte
tøj hos ham og gav ham i hånden små 9-10.000 danske kroner.
Nogle dage efter ringede han og fortalte at han var blevet røvet, både penge og hævekort.
Han spurgte om vi kunne låne ham penge. Vi lånte ham 1000 danske kroner.
Han fik vores bankkontonummer og fortalte, at han ville overføre dem hurtigt og at han i øvrigt
havde meldt det til politiet her i Danmark.
Vi har indtil videre ikke modtaget hverken de 1000 kroner eller det bestilte tøj.
Måske er vores penge tabt (det får så være), men vores dejlige oplevelse hos Mr. Mikel og hans
kone vil være tabt, og det vil være virkelig ærgerligt.
Måske er der sket en fejl et eller andet sted.
Vi har i hvert fald ingenting modtaget.
Jeg husker Mr. Mikel, den dag min mand sad og skrev i hans bog med anbefalinger, at han var
tydeligt følelsesmæssigt påvirket, - måske sådan lidt rørt. Det var vores indtryk, at også Mr. Mikel
havde haft en god oplevelse. SÅ VI FORSTÅ INGENTING!
Kunne vi måske overtale dig til at tale med Mr. Mikel og høre om vores ordrenummer0510 á
3800,00 danske kroner. Og den anden ordre fra min mands bror har jeg ikke lige ordrenummeret
på, men han betalte vist nok 5400,00.
